Fertilizers: What and When?
Is there any one stop resource that provides information on what to fertilize with and when it should be applied? This has confused me and I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to fertilizing.

Pinball Preparedness posted a chart he uses that shows when to fertilize plants with organic fertilizers. It can be found on his forum.

There are many ways to fertilize, much depends if you are using conventional NPK, or have chosen organic route or have picked to use cover crops / chop and drop of permaculture.
Other variations are fertilizing per plant.
Myself, I do NPK with hydroponics, but I use cover crops, compost, and soil tests with Steve Solomon’s book.
David the Good has a good video on his testing of different methods and does a taste test at the end of his venture. It is a multi part video where he does different methods head to head.

Another person to look at is this guy, heavy use of cover crops.
His methods are tested as working.
