controlling berry vines in pasture and along fence lines

My elderly mother is leasing out pasture to a man to run his cattle. He feeds alfalfa cubes/pellets. We are looking for a safe alternative to Grazon or Remedy to spray berry vines in the pasture and along fence lines. We don’t want anything sprayed that will negatively effect the pond, natural springs, bee hives, quail, or that would prevent us from gardening in the future.

Thank you so much for any help. I also posted this question on the perma pasture group. I am grateful for this site and like-minded community.

A propane torch along fence line is very effective and saves a ton of work
