I wonder if he gets back all of his processing equipment that they stole from him. He can’t sell meat if he doesn’t have equipment to process it.
-
Yeah, this has cost him greatly. The battle is not over they have just gave this much of a reprieve.

So what he does now is set up a counter-lawsuit incorporating person, legal, business, and accumulative damages all in one. Gets more than the money back that was expected from his fine and triple his production.
Can someone get a GoFundMe or something like that going for this guy?
When someone wins like this, they should swing back at full force to do 3x as much as before just to makes sure the bullies don’t think they can do it again to another poor soul. This is the way.

Thank you Gid for doing justice!
Please help out this farmer, maybe you can setup something to collect money and stuff he needs. Now he will have to fight to get his stuff back, may justice be served. It our future to, our rights and for the next generations.
In Europe it is already being made almost impossible, do not let the same happen in your country’s.

I pray he gets everything stolen from him back seven fold ….

I follow Robert Barnes on his locals channel. He’s representing Amos. Amos didn’t win, Robert was trying to get the fines drastically reduced and avoid Amos and his wife from going to jail. They were able to get those accomplished but he unfortunately had to throw away all of his meat. Robert made it sound like they were able to “sell” it as livestock feed for now. I haven’t seen any updates yet but can share on this thread if you’d like. His case is not over.

Yeah, loosing his meat is a loss, and the battle is not over. Thank you for this update, after seeing “Farmagedon” I have found these agencies never stop.
