Hibiscus flower tea for hypertension (high BP). It grows outdoors in the Southern U.S., or can he grown as an indoor houseplant.
A friendly houseplant tip for perpetual fertilizer, add two earthworms for each plant pot, and then add some peelings or veggie scraps occasionally.

Onion water. Cut up an onion, place in a jar, put in filtered water let it set on the counter for at least 24 hours. A couple of table spoons with lemon juice and honey every few hours kills whatever junk is in you.

This helps tremendously, I can attest to this one. Onions are awesome. Onion tea is another idea, boiling water and steep the peels in the water and it’s not that flavorful, really. The benefits are worth drinking.

This is what I use: https://www.rebotanicals.com/
๐ This is how I get a lot of MCT/coconut oil at once whilst simultaneously easing inflammation. I cook a lot with coconut oil (even tonight with mushrooms) as mushrooms do pair rather well with coconuts, and their oil/milk. So that’s perfect for adding both the Lion’s Mane mushroom together. You can use that much ๐ฅฅ dispersed throughout different recipes such as: energy (oatmeal) bars, baking, sweets, potatoes, (I use it a lot.) Bake/cook Fish with it and fish oil. Make coconut based clam/fish chowder, especially salmons and tunas. Vitamin B12. Cinnamon. Turmeric. (All these can be in capsule form, if need be, of course.)
Hope this helps

That is a LOT of coconut oil! Any suggestions how to work it in to the diet?
Another great natural that has been proven to regenerate neural tissue is Lion’s mane mushroom. My dad’s side of the family all have memory issues, so I am trying to get ahead of it. Maybe I can break the cycle.

Thanks. Good to know. Wondering: Is that the recommendation in the context of prevention, or help even for someone in the severe stage who will not eat well or cooperate otherwise for their own benefit? Do you have any sources/links I could check out? Much appreciated.

Agree. That is LOT of oil. Can’t even imagine how to incorporate that much daily, or be able to afford it at today’s prices. It’s gone from under $5 to approaching $10 for a small (pint sized) jar here. If you’re dealing with a person who is onboard and cooperative I suppose you could maybe get them to just chug it down like a shot, but without that kind of buy-in on the concept I’d think you’d have no choice but to disguise it. Might be better for prevention than someone who is in severe stage and not really cooperative. I think I’d have to ponder that for a while to come up with creative ideas.

Someone mentioned taurine (sorry, can’t remember who/where; so many posts, so little time). I am now starting to research that as well. If anyone else knows about it or other helpful non-prescription items, sources/links are greatly appreciated. Thanks. ๐
