    Are you playing God, when taking parts of the Bible and applying it to what you deem fitting?

    Would that be similar to a “Shade Tree Mechanic”pulling parts of information from an auto repair manual to repair your car instead of using it as it is meant to be used?

    i have seen so-many fall foul of this

    also seen so-many fall foul of not seeking the meaning of scripture and preach it as id then they get themselves into hot-water and alienate others

    there are many-many gods yet there is only one true almighty creator
