Private Messages (called Conversations on Freesteading Community) allow you to chat privately with one or more members.

How to start a new conversation:
- Click your username in the top right corner.
- Select Conversations (or Inbox).
- Click the big “Start a Conversation” button.
- In the “To” field, type the username(s) of the person or people you want to message.
- Give your message a clear Title.
- Write your message in the editor.
- (Optional) Attach files or images.
- Click “Send”.
Useful features:
- You can have group conversations with multiple people.
- All conversations are completely private — only participants can see them.
- You can reply to specific messages inside the conversation.
- You will get notifications when someone replies to you.
