There is no political solution.

Good Morning Freedom Friends

I try to ignore politics in its modern state. I have said for years that there is no political solution to the vast problems infecting our republic.

Watching Thomas Massie loose the election 2 days ago reinforced what I have believed for sometime.

Our current system fears Liberty. It subsidizes, rewards and motivates only those people, systems and companies that defend and protect the current system itself.

Massie was one of they few leaders we had that voted against regulations, endless spending and the ever growing surveillance state. He stood up to political favors and the exploding centralized power. I didn't agree with him in everything but, I do recognize that he was a rare breed of politician willing to stand up and oppose the machine.

I say that there is no political solution for many reasons but watching the establishment openly admit that Massie had to go because he had different opinions on 10% of the issues is the modern version of circling the wagons. Thomas Massie once said " If legislators alway vote with the president, we have a king. If they always vote with the prevailing winds, we have mob rule. If they alway vote with the constitution, we have a republic"

People all over the world are being jailed for opposing opinions. Here in America you get primaried. This should scare everyone. Thomas Massie raised 5.5 million dollars with an average donation of $100. 3 billionaires donated 35 million to his opposition.

This vote is a vote for more government expansion. More debt and inflation. Most importantly a continued erosion of your freedom. The swamp protects the swamp by the perpetual growth of itself.

Massie wasn't the first. MTG, Carlson, Kirk all stood up for freedom and you all know the rest of the story.

This is why I often say that there is no longer a political solution to our problems. The system has grown too big for any hope that they would voluntarily limit their own power.
Change will only come from voluntary cooperation, free exchange, decentralized everything, personal accountability and most important , we must become less dependent on centralized systems that profit from control. Remember the system protects itself first.
