I'm Fermenting a 5 gallon batch of Strawberry Peach Honeycrisp Apple Cyser for Freedom Fest - This brew has the fermentation capacity of reaching 22% abv while retaining sweetness (not dry). Enjoy the Fireworks and Fellowship - its Free. The brew won't be aged unlike my other varieties in the pantry, enjoy as much or as little as you desire, but consume responsibly and be aware of the high alcohol quantity potential of this brew. You may not necessarily taste how much alcohol is in some of these meads that I craft. Honey metabolizes different in the body unlike sugar. Pace yourself while consuming any form of alcohol.

Adding more peaches to this brew - its really smelling lovely.
 
More fruit will be continuely removed and cold pressed back in, and then more fresh fruit added to retain the delicate flavors while maintaining a fully active environment for the brew.

This 250th celebratory brew should be a crowd pleaser - and I will bottle a few for aging - as a Gift - to keep. A simple gesture is a way of saying "Thank You"
