How to Add or Change Your Avatar, Cover Photo & Signature


Make your profile feel like home! A good avatar and signature help other homesteaders recognize you instantly.

How to Add or Change Your Avatar​

1. Click your avatar (top right) → Account settings.
2. On the left menu click Profile.
3. Click Change avatar.
4. Upload a photo (square works best) or choose from Gravatar.
5. Save changes.

How to Add or Change Your Cover Photo (Banner)​

1. In Account settings → Profile.
2. Scroll down to Cover photo.
3. Click Upload and choose a nice landscape or homestead photo.
4. Save.

How to Create or Edit Your Signature​

1. Go to Account settings → Signature.
2. Write your signature (you can use text, emojis, or even a small image link).
3. Click Save.

Example signature:“Off-grid in Laos | Solar + chickens + food forest | Currently building an earthbag cabin”


Your signature will appear at the bottom of every post you make.
