I still work full time, thankfully 100% remote! Planning to breed and raise heritage poultry next year. We have American Bresse chickens and Bourbon Red turkeys so far! Hubby wants to do heritage pigs so were trying a couple of breeds to decide on which to concentrate. He’s also a master carpenter so can build anything. Also I dabble with my Cricut in vinyl and shirts but have not offered or attempted to sell any. Maybe down the road 🤔

A Cricut is a digital die-cutting machine that is able to cut different materials for use in a plethora of craft projects. It can cut paper, vinyl, balsa wood, fabrics, leather and cork. Used with a computer for designing. The vinyl and other transferables can then be heat transfered to fabrics, etc.

couldn’t you just start a discussion thread in the Gardening group? If we make connections we could take the logistics of the actual swap into a private message???

When we moved onto our property last year and began using permaculture principles (Thank you William @ Perma Pastures) our neighbors thought we were nuts! They kept giving us “advice” about growing “around here” 😆 One even said he didn’t know where to walk because we had stuff growing everywhere and nothing was in a row! Lol we told him that’s the point! They are slowly coming around to what we’re doing. One neighbor has even started his own food forest!! Baby steps! Good luck 👍

I started making videos when we first got on our homestead but then got too busy to keep up. I just picked it back up last week. I posted 2 videos and bunch of shorts (following the advice from VidIQ and Think Media) and have gotten 30 subscribers and over 1100 views! It may be small but I’m thrilled with my meager success! 🤓 Let us know when you publish and I’ll be sure to subscribe!

BTW – watched your porch video – looks great and sound advice there too!
