Hello!  My name is Karen, my husband and I live in North Carolina and we are also empty nesters. My husband retired last year after 40 years of working in the grocery store business. We are trying to be more self sufficient but we are struggling a little bit.  We do grow a garden every year.  We do not have any animals right now.  We are both in our 60’s so some things can be kind of challenging.  Hope to get to know many of you.
