Well, I’m pretty simple really. Grew up in back woods Arkansas, and absolutely loved it! learned to hunt, fish, and track from a handful of pretty rough uncles lol..wouldn’t trade em for the world! Family says me and a few cousins started working in commercial chicken houses at age 5, although I swear I don’t remember. Said I probably rightly blocked it from memory..ha!ha! Anyway, life happens, and ended working most my adult life in retail management. while I did enjoy it, I HAD to get out of the rat race back to my roots. house ended up with electrical fire and burnt. while under a tree bawlin my eyes out, a bald eagle flew overhead. if my dad hadn’t seen it too, i don’t think anyone would have believed me…anyway, i took that as a sign i was free from that place…now, here i am in the country of East Texas, trying my best to build as self sustaining homestead as i possibly can one my beautiful one acre..succeeding slowly…but i’m determined it CAN be done! thanks for listening to my ramblings!
