    In the Berkshires, Massachusetts, I counted out on the calendar and our day is October 10. We started with nearly dead sweet potato slips from a reputable distributor. Begins with a G. Anyway, they are flourishing and in 30 gallon grow bags. How will I tell if they sprout early so I don’t lose my harvest? I guess I could dig into one of the bags and see what’s going on… Still a little early though, not sure. We had a solid potato harvest with the 20 gallon and 7 gallon grow bags too! Going to be canning them tomorrow. This is so fun! All new to me.
