Hi, I’m Samantha.  I’m attempting to homestead on just 1 acre in the High Desert of Central Oregon where I live completely off-grid among the pine trees.

My dream is to grow all my own food and preserve it in many different ways. So far I have 3 garden areas and chickens but will be getting rabbits and pigs as soon as I can get their homes built.
