Early 40s, married woman, fell in love with homesteading reading “Countryside ( ..and small stock journal” ) as a kid/teen. Born & raised in Dunn co. WI, I dairy farmed with my family til my 30s, have had to move several times and am in probably a temporary place now, due to husband’s job need to be in this expensive area, so am renting in BIL’s house, gardening in his yard. I’m currently a homemaker due to health issues, have no kids ( tho I love them). Have a LOT to learn and grow in, but do have some experience gardening and with some animals, obviously. Love God, our amazing, tri-une Creator, and His super fabulous-even-in-fallen-state creation. Super into no-till gardening, permaculture, holistically planned grazing, and feeding animals from own and local resources. Need local friends !!!
