That is the arrangement – he does more of the livestock, I cook LOTS of food and handle other aspects, including the selling of the lamb once it is processed. Speaking of which, I have half a lamb left… 😀

I prefer to use pressure canners that are designed for canning like the Presto or Nesco. The Presto is the GOLD standard and it has a gold standard price :D. I use the Nesco right now. One day….
