    Can anyone recommend a hand-held jar vacuum sealer to have a backup. I’m in search of one but I feel too many of them are not reliable.

    We use like to season our pork (specially pork belly) and seafood. When I find them at good price I buy about 30 of them. Juice them and freeze the juice in sandwich size bags. I pull one out as I need them and keep the thawed in a tiny jar in the fridge (use within 1 week)
