We currently live and work in Sugar Land and spend weekends in Centerville.  I have raised beds in the suburbs and am growing potatoes, carrots, onions, sweet potatoes, and herbs  with tomatoes and peppers getting started. I Just planted ten fruit trees and lots of berry bushes in the country. We have rain catchment in both places. I am fascinated by regenerative land maintenance practices and using herbs for medicines.
