I really like the idea of making medicine but I’m also smart enough to remember that in a SHTF situation, I don’t want to be out of action for a month waiting for the elixir to do its job. Filter or Purify (To make drinkable)? I feel like were dancing around the subject. And it sounds like you’re looking for a zero cost (free) method. If that is is, just use a sock/rag to filter it and then boil it. If you are looking for a low cost solution, here ya go. https://amzn.to/3ltqY71.
