We are city folk transplanted into the country to live more simple and free.  Started with a few chickens and patio garden in our backyard in Colorado and now renting a few acres in NE Kansas where we are learning to raise some goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and guard donkeys.  Army medic and world traveler in a prior life, preparing for all that is to come.
