Country girl who retired in 2018 while living in East TN for almost 20 years.  Moved back to eastern NC to be closer to family.  Being able to see them more is wonderful, but I miss TN more than words can say.  If younger, I would stay there on my little 2.5 acres and work to make it a full homestead. Although I can’t do it much now, I love hiking and camping.  Grew up playing sports.  Much of Spring and Summer is spent working in raised beds and yard work.  And of course, preparing for hard times that we see coming is a full time job.  Now my main hobby is woodworking when there is time.
