hi there
i came here via @rain-country latest video on her youtube channel
i am interested in all things homesteading, camping, wild-camping, bushcrafting, frugal-living off-grid-living to name but a few
my latest venture i am in the though to draft phase at the moment is to help folk in local and surrounding communities with things like medical-aids food clothing and all goods and services necessary for living as comfortably as possible
similar ideas to the Amish for their community and surrounding communities
to start with i am concentrating on portable solar-panel kits to keep folks medical equipment going if power gets cut off by planned-power-cuts in the UK of if they cannot afford the raised electricity prices
thus i am looking for an alternative to go-fund-me as we know they do non always play nice
if you have any ideas from experience please feel free to let me know
no-one will be left behind

it seems i may be overlooking it on the desktop version[/s]
i eventually found it on the discussions tab
also
a suggestion
can we please have a night mode for desktop version as this brightness hurts my aged olde tired eyes…??
thank you in advance

i only have used well still in use one [1] inverter thus have no experience with others to compare with at this time
the one [1] i have is a cheap chinese canitu yet does the job i need at this time for running medical equipment with a 60ah car battery coupled with a cheap chinese claimed mppt charge controller [doubtful it is mppt] and a 50w solar panel
i know not ideal yet budget is very very tight these days yet cost less than £100 gbp all in
it is rated 12v ~ 240v 6000w
four [4] usb ports
two [2] 240v sockets
one [1] cigarette-lighter/utility socket
link to canitu uk ebay listing https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/304678762637
yes i also believe the 6000w rating in non correct

thank you kindly
i had to look up [public square] as i have non heard of it
is this the one you refer to…?? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.publicsq.app&gl=US
this one seems dedicated to the US
i had a quick look and can non find one [1] for the UK [need to do a deep dive at some point]
this is however an avenue worth looking into as i always try and keep options open
