I live in Ohio Amish Country surrounded by great resources in creating a successful homesteading lifestyle.  I garden, ferment vegetables, make maple syrup in the Spring, cook on open fires, water-bath can my harvest and take advantage of my areas food and knowledge resources.  I am always willing to share any knowledge and welcome new challenges and questions!
