I named my not-yet-in-existence homestead Dystopian for the novels I enjoy.  They show a marked contrast between a simplicity of lifestyle and, usually, a highly technological world.  That seems to express the homesteading lifestyle.

Not named so because our country seems to be heading in a dystopian direction.  That’s just an unhappy coincidence.  🙂
