I would like to practice making baskets. I want to make one big enough to pick vegetables from the garden . Wouldn’t that be neat to pick in a basket you’ve made yourself? Here’s one I made last year. Our cat loves to have his picture taken. lol

I’ve seen a baskets made from Pune needles and they are beautiful. The white pines we have around here are to short for baskets. We are gathering kudzu for a good strong basket. It will be simple but useable

Now that’s a possibility. The lids I was using had the blue material on them too. Thank you for the link . I’ll check it out. I love the app too I would like to be able to read my post before submitting them. I mess up a lot lol

I canned nine pints this week. It’s great! Thank you for sharing this recipe. I also had some fresh pineapples, so I canned them in 1/2 pints using the same recipe. Who knows if times get hard we might have pineapple squirrel or rabbit! Lol
