My name is Amy and I live in central IL, zone 5b. I am a nurse practitioner, wife to Tim of 27 years, no children but we have one lab, Marley, 2 cats, and 34 chickens. We have a 12 acre property with 2 large gardens and a hoop house Tim built last year. He is a tool and die maker which can be a blessing but a curse for him as I come up with more projects for us. I am a christian and a child of God. I believe it’s important we learn skills that promote self sufficiency and have goals that continue to be evaluated. I have been a supporter of DSH and love Danny & Wanda’s knowledge they share with us.
