I am most happy when I am outside in Nature. Since 2020, and being forced into early retirement I have been creating our own little self sustaining environment. I garden as holistically and organically as possible, using chickens, composting, propagating plants from seed or cuttings. I’ve learned all plants have a purpose. Flowers bring in pollinators, deter harmful pests and some are edible. I have learned any plants are edible as well as medicinal.
