I reside in southern Indiana. I live in the city living a country life.
I raise quail and rabbits for eggs, meat. I also garden and preserve what I grow
I am a massage therapist by trade that understands most ailments are caused by impunity in what we eat, drink and breathe. Including what we listen to, what we say, think and do. I use food and herbs  that I grow as my medicine.
I also go by Woman Of Spirit because I am just that.
