So here is my update on my solar build… I AM SORRY I WAS SOO SLOW GETTING THIS DONE & POSTED.
i wanted to be able to supply power to my pellet stove to heat the upstairs of my home when the power goes out cost was about $2000 : for 1 320watt panel 40×65, 1 Echoflow Solar generator , numerous cables, conduit, & clamps, wood 4x4s & 2x4s to build the horizontal rack assy. Two Unplanned events that were addresses 1 three hundred lbs rock that was dugout and pulled out of the way than about a 500Lb stone that could not be moved so we tunneled a path around it like the train do in the mountains .. Now the photo images other build and the up and working system.

i LOVED THIS MANS SYSTEM AND BECAME A FAN GIRL . so i am copying and scaling down his work to a one 320k permanent solar panel to recharge my Echo Flow Delta 1300 solar Generator.. i have all the components but the (solar panel in shipping.. ) I have wiring, lumber, built the concrete bases, cut and installed the pylons. BUT because the panel or size could change dimensions & winter is around the corner . i am stopped before joining the wood framing to the pylons till i get a hold of the solar panel & verify its dimensions; as the panel has change on me once already… I will keep people informed with pics when i start the assembly. best wish all

i am in the center of the nation, Kansas so 38 degrees is generally all i need. and juice is not worth e squeeze here…in terms of cost . However preventing wind damages vs cost out lays here is a big deal

i am doing a permanent solar panel mount… this is for me a pilot entry for finding sources, limitations, how to do cost control and limit project creep. I bought this solar panel based on the specs and limitation of the delta 1300..https://unboundsolar.com/10000049/heliene/solar-panels/320-black-mono-perc
next i plan a bigger project based on my lessons learned. The goal is a 10kw system 10-20 panels (4-6)48 volt batteries & two EG4 6500EX controllers for Code Compliance.
this all my change, but are my current thoughts best guess cost $15-17k
