Hard to tell. The scion shouldn’t be that green still, but I don’t see any callus. Try keeping it in an enclosed humid environment for another couple of weeks. And spray it with some daconil or copper sulfate to keep the fungus down.

Have you ever heard of using Vaseline on healing grafts? Would that cause it to rot?
