    i think dehydrating and powdering is what i will go with

    my dehydrator book recommends 125°F ~ 135°F or 50°C ~ 55°C for fruit, that said if i remember correctly you now always dehydrate on your lowest setting, yet i cannot remember why and cannot remember which video[s] you mentioned the reasons in


    was that because of best results or power saving or other reason…??
