Hey… Wanted to leave another reply regarding this subject:

I have been through the 120 page document and this is over my head. I couldn’t find where it states If you school from home, if you are a home schooler your home is classified as a school. PLEASE consider interviewing Lynne Taylor https://www.facebook.com/lynne.taylor.1962 as she is the Ms Educational Expert! …especially when it comes to government having their hands in education.

This is the reply I received through my Facebook page regarding the video I put out and looking for the words on homeschooling your home is a school:

Since 1986, homeschooling has been classified as a school in Missouri. Homeschooling has always been one of the school options in the state just like private, parochial, parish. From current Missouri Law ” As used in sections 167.031 to 167.071, a “home school” is a school, whether incorporated or unincorporated, that:

(a) Has as its primary purpose the provision of private or religious-based instruction;

(b) Enrolls pupils between the ages of seven years and the compulsory attendance age for the district, of which no more than four are unrelated by affinity or consanguinity in the third degree; and

(c) Does not charge or receive consideration in the form of tuition, fees, or other remuneration in a genuine and fair exchange for provision of instruction.”Homeschooling currently has and will continue to be a separate entity from public and private schools and has its own definition in the law and rules that have to be followed. There is not a redefining of homeschooling, it is just moving to a different section in the law to make homeschooling its own section like the rest of the school options. I have been in this arena I will call it since I was personally targeted for helping expose Common Core. Here in Florida it was relabeled to Florida Standards…..

Here is some of my research. I am sharing because I will be doing another video and to explain WHY this labeling in legislation has to be found, exposed and removed!
