Natural herbs to help with memory function
Posted by Pukalani-Farm on September 20, 2022 at 3:59 pmHi Niti. Are there any natural herbs that you can recommend for me that will help to improve short term memory function? Or is there anything that I can DO to help with it? Preferably something that I can grow myself or easily obtain. Thank you.

Pukalani-Farm – Hey Friends!
I am so sorry I missed this message. I can tell you that to improve mental health and especially help with memory and overall brain performance the way to ensure and proliferate the most powerful brain cells is to REMOVE plants from the diet entirely. ONLY EAT fatty meat from 4 legged creatures and watch the brain health, mental clarity and electrical systems of the body come back on line with a hard and powerful reset. Make sure all the animals you eat are raised regeneratively on pastures grown in rich nutrient dense soils. You can not manage this on a long term with CAFO meats in grocery stores and in restaurants. The chemical sensitivities of CAFO meats will fail in this approach every single time.
This is a QUANTUM Leap for most folks who have been plant based or even in full 50/50 BALANCE with plants and animals. The SUGARS are too high and the FATS and SALTS required to make the brain function optimally are causing these problems and leads to dementia, Alzheimer’s
Getting the body out of SUGAR burning mode to FAT burning mode requires training and there is an adaptation period. This is the lifestyle coaching I help people with. There are a lot of hurdles folks have to tackle emotionally, physically, mentally. This lifestyle goes against the orthodoxy 100% – but we already know that orthodox approaches are 100% failures as evidenced by the general population of fragile and dementia ridden folks who are currently unable to have conversations about anything that requires critical thinking and logical adult conversations and exchanges.
I hope this is helpful.

I have looked into and take cayenne for improved overall blood flow, gingko for cerebral perfusion and lion’s mane mushroom for its neural regenerative qualities. I haven’t made the leap to a carnivore only diet, and a huge failing for me is carbs. I haven’t met one that I don’t like, or doesn’t like me back. I am finding myself creeping towards a groundswell change, so maybe it is on my horizon, but I just put 15 meat chickens in the freezer, and Niti said 4 legged creatures.

I feel you. Baked goods are my downfall and I am not a big meat eater. Love vegetables and fruits.

Start looking up Lithium Orotate, which is OTC and how taking it can reduce the effects of dementia in people and can prevent it. Lithium salts are found naturally in the earth and some water sources. This is NOT the same as prescribed Lithium but has similarities. Taken in low doses can help with mood swings and many other things. Also, look at Utube Dr. Telepathy Snow is amazing at educating caregivers on dealing with those with dementia. Hopefully this helps.

Read “Memory Rescue” by Dr. Daniel Amen, it has a lot of good information on building brain health. My mom had Alzheimers and my dad had Lewy Body, so I have been learning as much as I can. One option being the consumption of medium chain triglycerides or MCTs. Coconut oil is a simple source of MCTs. I consume coconut oil on a daily basis. If you don’t like the flavor, you can go with REFINED coconut oil, as it doesn’t have the coconut flavor. I personally choose organic, but that is just me.

I also did strict “medical grade” keto for 2.5 years for intractable 24/7 migraines. It worked and I have been virtually migraine free since.
I also agree with explaining that these strict diets are not for most ppl as they are usually chosen and followed by only the most desperate among us.
I also agree there are things that can be done for brain health like adding a shot of coconut oil each day or taking a lion’s mane mushroom tincture that can help most people.
Thanks for offering a balanced perspective.
