Anyone know affordable hands-on training with medicinal herbs, salves, tinctures, etc.

Hi, yes there is an online training course I am taking from The Homegrown Herbalist. I am learning a lot!

Look for local herbalists selling their wares at farmers markets and ask if they do classes or if they would consider it or if they would mentor you in exchange for help. We have two within a short drive. I have taken weed walks and tincture and salve classes and helped pick harvests…

If your don’t have that, starts small, don’t try to be an herbalist or study herbalism, start SMALL. What do you need? What would you use?

I started with fire cider for health, jewel weed tincture for poison Ivey, and oregano oil tincture for antimicrobials for wounds.

    I have added new skills/items slowly…

Feel free to reach out if your want to discuss further, I have a couple great book recommendations too.

Hoss tools has some medicinal herbs in a kit and there are cards that come with it to tell you how to grow them and how to use them…
