    Alright!! Congrats for nabbibg the carcass, lol. You beat me by 2 quarts. This was the first time I made it and in retrospect, I think I could have thinned it some. But it looked beautiful in the jars. When I went to the grocery store today, broth was on sale. But I thought, nope, don’t need it. #freedom
