4% Vinegar for sale in your store: Photos?
There has been the one picture circulating around of a couple of ‘house brand’ jugs of vinegar that sport 4 percent concentration rather than the standard 5 percent necessary for safe canning practice. During a recent show, Nicole expressed the Trust But Verify adage, and wanted to know if any of the audience had ever seen 4 percent vinegar in their area–and if so, to send a photo to [email protected]. (My photo is also merely from a restaurant supply store website, rather than anything I’ve seen in person).

I am looking for real, verifiable photos. I have had one sent to me so far and it was not marked as canning vinegar.
