    Problems shipping live plants in the mail

    Every time I ship live plants in the mail something happens to them. They either have an “accident” and have to be re-boxed or they simply vanish from within the box and an empty box shows up. Other times they show up 2-3 weeks late and very dead. In every instance they have taken two to three times the delivery time indicated or much more. This started happening about two years ago prior to that I never had a problem.

    Has anyone else noticed similar problems?
