One thing we noticed with our 16 year old son, is if he starts eating a lot of processed foods he breaks out really bad. Also, if he is “stagnant” to long, or isn’t active enough physically, he breaks out more than normal. Being a little more active physically seems to be one of the best remedies for him, honestly. Girls might be a little different, but I don’t know exactly because we only have the 2 boys.
