Simplest answer- juice them and add the juice to a glass of water. I enjoy a spritz of fresh lime juice in my water.
Slice and dehydrate if you enjoy making herbal teas. I did this with lemons and quickly found hibiscus lemon tea is wonderful.
Lime juice is great on Mexican dishes- tacos, Spanish rice, salsas, etc.
If you make your own salad dressings, lime juice is a nice addition.
Cut them into quarters, smash them into a glass jar or crock, add a lot of salt, and allow to ferment. Search “preserved limes” for more on this technique.
Add cut limes to water, add a little sugar, and allow to ferment for a couple days. The resulting liquid is a great immune boosting drink.
