    I haven’t been able to find complete comparative nutrient analysis between the lab grown and conventional meat. Sure it’s protein but is it nutritionally equivalent. The nutrient value will depend upon the culture media. Analogous to industrial strains of vegetables grown through factory farming methods with lots of fertilizer compared to heritage strains grown through traditional regenerative practices in healthy soils. Many nutrients tend to be lacking or missing in the former.
