    Fermented Beets in Honey

    I fermented red beets in honey as well as some in brine. I was wondering if anyone else has done the ones in honey. This is my first time doing beets and was not able to find a recipe for them in honey. Would love to hear what others have done.

    Would that be like pickled beets you buy in the store? I love to learn how to make them myself.
