Crockpot Breakfast
Sweet potato cinnamon roll
I used 4 drained pints of canned Sweet potatoes and made my own cinnamon roll dough. Use what ya have on hand if you don’t have the ingredients as long as it’s close it will be good.
3pounds Sweet potatoes
3/4 c mozzarella cheese
1c whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
4 tbs butter divided
1 can cinnamon rolls
1. Grease crockpot. Arrange 1/3 of sweet potatoes and Crock-Pot top with 1/4 cup of cheese repeat layers twice. Combine cream salt and pepper and small bowl. stir to blend. pour cream over sweet potato layers. Dot with two tablespoons of butter. Remove cinnamon roll dough from can unroll into long strips arrange strips of dough and Lace design on top of sweet potatoes. Dough with remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook on low for next morning. Or on high for 4 hrs. In the morning drizzle cinnamon roll icing on top.
