Couple of options I use:
1-turn your close caption on Netflix or Hulu or pretty much any streaming service but turn it to whatever language you are learning. Gives you the chance to hear the English word and read it on a foreign language
2-get a VPN service that allows you to choose the location (surf shark). Then use your streaming service and it typically gives you the show in that language. Then you turn your CC on to English.
