Hi, I currently use the post office for sending faxes, but it’s time-consuming. Is there a faster alternative that doesn’t require visiting a physical location?

Yes, you can avoid the post office entirely by using https://comfax.com/usps-fax/ Their online fax service allows you to send faxes from anywhere, saving you time and hassle. It’s a convenient solution, and you can learn more about it at Comfax USPS Fax.

Last time I had to fax (to a govt entity), I tried to explain that a fax was simply a scanned document that prints directly and is no different than if I email them a scanned doc, saved as a pdf, that they can print at their leisure.

It could even be double signed — a scan of my wet-ink signature on the page, as well as a digitally signed pdf.

It was like explaining a card game to a chicken.

Exactly…. I remember being on the Atkins diet and trying to tell the fast food workers I want the hamburger without the bun……. It did not work, what worked was to get the hamburger and throw away the bun.
