    Going through my garden this morning, I noticed maché coming up. About two years ago I started letting things go wild and grow on their own as they want besides the typical wild herbs that are growing already. Next to maché, sorrel, Italian dandelion and strawberries have established themselves into my garden as well.

    Just another idea to add to the growing hidden foods.

      Yes, some might take a little longer than others to really establish en mass like maché, but Italian dandelion seeds out like crazy, leaving just one plant to seed is enough and it looks nice, like chicorie (Wegwarte).
