    Hi All! I just wanted to share a Youtube Channel called Grow Smart Ireland. I watched a video on there called “Traditional Irish Potato Planting in Beara.” I want to try their method of growing Irish potatoes. They cut and fold the grass over to hill it and tuck the potato inside kind of like a sandwich. There are more steps they do but that is the jist of it. They also have other informative potato growing videos. According to the narrator this traditional method was almost lost.
