You are so right. Put cover on take off. Strawberries. ! The work paid off . We thought it’d be a total loss! We didn’t save anything this year but we shared & ate fresh.

      Happy with that !

I’m not sure if it will help, but I made a change in my gardens this year, (then mother nature intervened). I moved everything so that the afternoon/evening sun will not hit it, seems to be helping a lot. I got the idea from DeepSouth Homestead and it seems to be helping. Although the drought after all the rain is sending me backwards.

      Thank you.

Gotta say Deepsouth helped me with my corn & carrots . I’ll be looking into moving my garlic in October. Thank you.

Elefant garlic grows in stages, first smal round onions and bigger ones. Then the garlic bulbs, it is a prei leek and not a garlic that is why they have not the strong garlic taste.

Glad you are rocking your garden, keep on gardening!
