I have basic supplies prepared.

Check on animals, clean yard (shorter the grass—easier cleanup), secure objects, refill any prescriptions if needed, clean out drainage pipes, cook, of course, charge all electronics, wash all clothes, clean house, fill bath tubs, clean out fridge/freezer (only necessities) , pack extra clothes place in vehicle, fill all vehicles and tractors with fuel, bring saw, hammer, nails inside;

check on family members—make plan.
