    I am currently taking an online class through the Homestead Academy called Homegrown Herbalist School of Botanical Medicine that is taught by Dr. Patrick Jones. The text book that he uses is The Herbal Medicine Makers Handbook by James Green- which Jack Spirko of The Survival Podcast also recommends. So far it has been excellent and I am really learning a lot of useful information that I can use for my family and the animals on our farm. He is a practicing veterinarian, a Clinical Herbalist, and a traditional naturopath. I highly recommend this program!
