    Does anyone plan on adjusting there Spring Planting Dates next year to beat the Heat? Or does it matter?

    I always try to plant early as possible to beat the heat even here in Ohio . Sometimes it bites me either with frost or just stays to cold and things won’t grow good

    I plant early, then plant again if they get killed off by frost. I don’t trust it getting warmer and tend to think we may be headed into more cold.

    I’ll plant a few things early and if they make it, great, I’ve got a head start on food production. If not I didn’t lose much. A couple years I planted peas in January and they survived. Mind you I’m in zone 7b.

    I plants some early then every couple weeks plant more, as long as I can harvest before the dead of summer here in NW FL. That way if pests or some unforeseen event happens, then I have some more growing to take its spot.
